The service was great!
Steve was great! He arrived early diagnosed the problem and fixed it, he also provided information so this doesn\u2019t happen again! We are in the clean up stage Hurricane Ian, he didn\u2019t price gouge and was very reasonable! I feel very fortunate that I found such a good upstanding company to help me!

Useless
At first, a quick response. Then....nothing. Steve said he was "out on a job and would call us back to schedule an app't".. We NEVER heard back. We called and left 2 msges and he still NEVER called back. 2 weeks later, still no return call. So we went to another service Co.

Should return phone calls in a timely matter
Did not follow thru on annual maintenance contract. Had to have another Generac dealer do service that was part of original installation price.

Outstanding Dealer
Steve Cardenas of Generator Solutions of SWFL is a true professional. From the initial design of our generator plan through the complete installation he was personally involved and kept us fully informed. We needed to install a natural gas line from the street and he worked with TECO to get that done. I highly recommend this dealer!
