Generator Service Solutions LLC

Outstanding service

Chris at Generator Service Solutions is fantastic. He reached out to me about three weeks before my annual maintenance was due to schedule an appointment. He is friendly and professional.

Excellent Service

Chris at Generator Service Solutions LLC is a true professional! He went above and beyond in providing exceptional service. He was efficient, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He not only fixed the problem at hand but helped us order and install a part for our unit that the original installer never informed us about. We give Chris and Generator Service Solutions our highest recommendation and will be calling them for all of our maintenance needs moving forward!

Great Service

Chris came out and did maintenance for me. He got us all setup online and changed the information from the previous owner to me. He tested the system and spent time showing me how everything works. Great service and would highly recommend Generator Service Solutions.

Amazing Service!

With the purchase of our new home, came a generac generator! We just recently had our first maintenance light come on and we quickly put in our request. We are so happy that Christopher Hamilton reached out to us! He is extremely professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was so patient with all my questions and was happy to talk us through our options. We are so happy with our plan and his service! We know our generator is in great hands and we highly recommend him for your maintenance needs!

Chris did the service on our unit and he was super knowledgeable. He thoroughly reviewed all that was done and set us up on the mobile link, which original installer did not. Power On was original installing company. Generator Service Solutions - best service and knowledge out there.
