Do Not Use
My generator needed to be replaced so inside work was done and complete within (1) month of signing. New generator was delivered and left unhooked for 2.5 months until electrical finally done after DOZENS of phone calls requesting its completion. As of now still not complete and since signing for new unit, almost (4) months has gone by. So many excuses why not complete or no answer at all. Nice once someone actually shows up but TERRIBLE customer service.

Stay Away!!!!
Affiliated with New York Electric Company. New York Electric does the install and then Generator Repair does the maintenance. I made multiple appointments with this company for my annual service and they never showed. It didn't stop them from charging my annual service fee. They don't return calls or answer the phone.
