This dealer is AMAZING!
I called Generator Man at 11:15 on a Sunday night. I explained to him the problem and as I tried to really go into detail, he stopped me and said he knew what the problem was. He put me on hold for 2 minutes to see if he had the part, when he came back on the phone, he said "Mam, I have the part and I can be at your house in 25 minutes, would you like me to come out?" I said of course. About 22 minutes later, Generator Man showed up in our driveway. He quickly looked at the machine to confirm what he had thought was wrong with it, and in about an hour and a half, we were back up and running. Thanks Generator Man!
