I declined starting a new service agreement with Generator Industries.

I bought a Generac whole house generator from this dealer because of the 5 star review on Generac website. Installation was fine, every thing was fine, until I actually needed the generator. Power went off during Nicholas, generator kicked in then stopped working during the night. Called Generator Industries who promised to send a technician to fix the problem. To date no one has come to fix the problem and Generator Industries is not answering their phone. I am 84 years old and need power. Thankfully electric power was restored because Generator Industries never showed up even though I bought an extended warranty from them. I definitely do not recommend this dealer at this time.

Set up an appointment for a rep to come out and give an estimate for a generator. They never showed up and never called to say why they didn\u2019t. A week later I called back to set up another appointment. The person on the phone said she would have a sales rep return my call. As you might guess, I received no return call.

I was very happy with the entire process of adding a standby generator to my home. Generator Industries was timely, professional, and answered all questions I had. They did all the legwork from getting approval from HOA to setting up inspections from city for final approval. No effort needed on my part. Very happy with the install. Highly recommend!

Generator Industries provides great customer service and really good product. We are complete satisfied with the installation process.

All my past experiences of dealing with contractors and service providers have never given me the total comfort of being able to rely on someone like Generator Industries. They handled every detail of the project keeping me informed all through the process of scheduled work and spent extra time making sure I understood the operation/maintenance of the generator.

They were very responsive. They were on time. Everything is working great - believe me, we have had 2 outages since the installation, and were lit up in 15 seconds both times. I highly recommend them!

We had lots of rain so the gas/power trench kept filling with water, so it was a tough job for the installers. It went pretty much without a hitch; no problems on the city inspections. The gas company had a new man on the meter changeout, so he did not make the tie-in, but left it for my installer. The sales rep stepped up, worked in the rain and got it done the day we had scheduled for the startup. Got to admire his get-it-done attitude. Started up without a hitch.

Love my new generator. They have a great service dept. They have a fast response time. You can trust this dealer. They even had to redo my service entrance at the last of the set up with no problems. Very happy

This was a reinstall after a fire and I was treated with great professionalism. They showed up when they said and completed the work on time. They even stayed lated to wait on my electric provider to reconnect the meter when they didn't have to. i would recommend them.

The four Generator Industries employees I dealt with were perfect from my first phone call to the completion of the repair of my 20 KW six year old generator. They were a few minutes early for the first meeting. They called with quote for parts the same day they were here. They kept me informed when there was a delay and the possible repair date. Their price was much more reasonable than I had been quoted before and when I checked with another company had similar pricing. They did what needed to be done.

When we called for an estimate of the cost of getting a genarator, we received prompt service and all of our questions were answered. We were not pressured and once the decision was made to purchase, the installation was done very quickly and the after installation service is just as good. When we call with a question, it is answered. We know we made the right choice with this company.
