Generator Guys

Great company!

Love their Services! We have used them for many years !

Extremely Satisfied

Several weeks ago we had a power failure during a severe thunderstorm. We had just used this dealer for our annual service call. I was extremely pleased when they returned my phone call around 8:00 PM on a Saturday evening. I was informed how to restart the generator on the phone, however, this procedure was necessary a few times afterward. Once again I called for service as it appeared there was a major problem with the unit. My call was answered immediately and as luck would have it they were in my area at another home. They arrived about an hour later and spent over two hours expertly correcting the issue. I have highly recommended this company to my friends and family members.

Very responsive and professional

Although my motor froze on my new Generac 4 months after being installed, Tony diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the motor and installed in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them

Same day service

My Generator kept faulting out and after several calls to dealers I called generator guy Tony came out and fixed it the same day ! Highly recommend these guys!

These guys are incompetent and not trustworthy.

They took money, never finish the job and just disappeared. After multiple back and forth and we talking months, they just simply stopped responding all together. Stay away! These people are crooks!

Great service team!

My generator was not running called up the generator guys and Tony had it running the nest day !!

Prompt and Courteous

From the sales call to the install, these guys were on it! We really appreciated their professionalism and communication. Great guys to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

A+ company !

I couldn’t ask for a smoother process from this company. Everything was done so well they work like a well oiled machine. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
