I\u2019m gobsmacked at how pleased I am with my generator install! Of all of the quotes we received, Wes was the only person that took the time to do a load test on our whole home (I am familiar with electrical, and I can say it was thorough). As a result, we knew what we needed and Generator Authority took care of everything from there.

Great experience working with Generator Authority to purchase and install a Generac 24 kW home standby generator with 200-amp auto transfer switch. This company has great people and treat their customers very well. From the owner Wes, office manager Sonia, electrician Roy and mechanic Joey this company made an outstanding impression on me, and I highly recommend them.

tune up charged me $593.00 for 2 Oil filter, spark plug, oil & tighten a hose clamp.

Impressive!

After the winter storm of February 2021, DFW area, I decided to get a standby generator. Generator Authority, Azle, TX was both skilled and well versed on sales and installation. Wes, the owner, made sure that I was well taken care of and personally came out for the startup and initial training on the Generator. All his employees were very experienced, knowledgeable and excellent in their field. Highly recommend.

Excellent Product, installation and service

Just so you know, my Generac worked flawlessly during all the Power Outages and Rolling Backouts this past week. It worked just as advertised. The Generac ran for close to 39 hours total off and on. I was the only house on the block with power and heat, and for that, I am grateful. No frozen pipes etc. Not to mention me.Now all the Plumbers are showing up in the neighborhood for those with thawing busted pipes.Thanks again for the professional installation and reliable product.
