These guys are top notch. I gave GES a call just before a storm came and and they made it out just in time. My generac had an issue but they got it fixed for me. The office got me scheduled and had a tech out quickly. He had everything on his truck to fix my generator and got it running quickly. I feel lucky because my power went out the next day but my generac was working perfectly.

Great company at every turn

GES is an excellent company to use for many services. We purchased and they installed a Generac Generator for our whole house. Courtney helped me through all document requirements quickly and with a positive attitude. She made the process a breeze. The servicemen that installed the generator are very knowledgeable and courteous. And, they completed the job in a timely manner. I will hire them again should the opportunity arise. I will recommend this company to others because of their outstanding business practices. Top notch!!!!

Will not honor warranty

Do yourself a favor and avoid this business. The problems with this place started right from the start. They were scheduled to install our generator at 8:00 in the morning in May of 2020. I took off from work to be home when they came. They didn't show up so I called around 9:00 to find out what the issue was. The technicians arbitrarily decided to start another job first thing and to come to my house later that afternoon. So, I was off the morning unnecessarily, costing me my wages. In fairness, they did offer (and held up their end of the bargain) to perform the first maintenance for free since I took off (costing me money). Fine, but that's not a great way to get off on the right foot. Second, when they did show up there was a dent in the lid of the generator where they had their tie down strap. Again, I was home when they came. I clearly saw the generator strapped down on their truck right where the dent was. Of course, they denied they caused the damage and blamed it on Lowe's (they're the installers for Lowe's). But, who caused the damage is moot. The tech said he would bring a new lid right out. Fine, no problem. Well, it took almost a year of calling them to finally get them to bring a lid. They kept wanting to blame Lowe's. Again, that's not how you run a business. You take care of your customer and go after Lowe's on your own time. BTW, Lowe's is just as culpable because they also played the blame game. Again, you don't crap on your customers that way. It should never have taken a year to get a replacement lid. Fast forward to this month. Keep in mind, they installed the unit and they have performed all of the scheduled maintenance. Well, a couple of weeks ago I started having an issue with the system not operating correctly. First time I called the lady said to "I would see if it does it again before having us come out to possibly avoid a service call". Service call? For what? It's under warranty. Anyway, I said fine. Well, it did the same thing a couple of nights ago when the power went out for about 45 minutes or so. I called again today and get told about a "Service Call Fee" again. I keep trying to explain to the lady IT'S UNDER WARRANTY and she keeps arguing that "Only if we have to change a part". WRONG! The Generac warranty specifically covers parts, labor and travel. Here's what everyone needs to know about this company and other unscrupulous businesses are doing. They're double dipping. They file the warranty claim and the also charge this "service call" fee to the customer. I spoke with Generac and was assured of how their warranty works. Generac also informed me this isn't the first time they've heard this and that they are looking into the matter. Thank you for reading and I hope, for your sake, that you think twice before using this company.

Purchase with this company at your own risk. I had had problems for 2 years and they have yet to find the problem. Said kelt was it their problem.

Great job installing this! Very pleased!

We had a 20K Generac installed on our home. The installers were knowledgeable and proficient during the install. They communicated well and arrived on time as scheduled. We are in the country at the end of the electric line so we were always last to get our power back on. Seems like we replaced cordless phones and other electronic based equipment every year due to the surges when the power either came or went. Having this generator keeps everything running correctly without any noted surges! Luv it! Money well spent!
