Gen-tech Power Systems, LLC

Just excellent!

Every touch point was friendly, professional, and seamless, from estimate through installation. Fair price too! Highly recommend.

What great service

Called after waiting 7 months for another service provider to respond. Gen-Tech responded the same day and the owner came by 3 days later. Quickly diagnosed the issues and service was scheduled the following week. The service tech arrived in the appointed window and despite the cold and wind proceed to repair, and PM. I would highly recommend Gen-Tech and would purchase the next Generac from them. My unit is 17 years old and runs like a fine watch thanks to Gen-Tech.

very satisfied with the professionalism of this comany

My family and friends have been using this company for a very long time I do not think you can get a better and more professional company and product

Outstanding service

We had a 14k generator installed w/i the last month, and the experience was excellent. From the initial meeting / assessment / estimate to the installation and follow up support with the office, we could not have been better treated. We are also confident any issues that’s could occur would be promptly dealt with. We highly recommend Gen-Tech, w/o any reservations, for installation of any Generac products......Ed G.

Great Company To Work With

I do not generally write reviews, but I could not let my experience with Gen-Tech go unrecognized. They are nothing short of outstanding. From initial contact for a quote all the way through installation, Gen-Tech is by far one of the the best contractors I have ever worked with. Frank is very knowledgeable about the product, and took time to explain everything about the generators and recommended sizing for our home. Amy is fabulous to work with. She keeps you informed and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Her expertise and friendliness are a breath of fresh air. Matt and his installation team were professional, meticulous and worked well together as a team including answering all our questions. We have a handicapped child, and due to increasing instances of power outages, we installed the generator to guarantee her continuous safety and comfort. We no longer need to worry about power outages, thank you Gen-Tech! Western New York needs more contractors like Gen-Tech. We would definitely recommend Gen-Tech to anyone without reservation. I know you will not be disappointed. They are a family owned and operated first class company.

Great Job by a Great Team!

Good Afternoon Amy, Just a quick note to thank you and Frank for an outstanding installation. We especially appreciated having Frank on-site to oversee all the work and to make sure it was exactly what we had discussed. In addition, our sincere thanks to Adam, Alex and Mark for their excellent work. They were all very professional, patient and gracious even when asking them so many questions. We would be more than happy to provide a recommendation to any potential customers. Great job by a great team! Sincerely, Mary & Chinni

Exceeded Every Expectation!

I recently purchased my first automatic home generator (18KW) from Gen-Tech Power Systems. I tend to be very meticulous and particular and usually have a lot of questions. The folks at Gen-Tech are top-notch! From the estimate to the install, they were nothing short of amazing and I can not say enough great things about them. Frank is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my every question to help me decide on a unit. With Amy in the office, the contract signing and pre-install tasks were very smooth and flawless. Amy is efficient, organized, and has a capacity like no other. The installation crew arrived on time, worked very well together, and were very professional. It's hard to find a business or company these days that is exemplary from start to finish and top to bottom, but I found that in Gen-Tech. If you live in the WNY area and are considering an automatic home generator, look no further than the folks at Gen-Tech, you will not be disappointed!
