Great Company To Work With

I do not generally write reviews, but I could not let my experience with Gen-Tech go unrecognized. They are nothing short of outstanding. From initial contact for a quote all the way through installation, Gen-Tech is by far one of the the best contractors I have ever worked with. Frank is very knowledgeable about the product, and took time to explain everything about the generators and recommended sizing for our home. Amy is fabulous to work with. She keeps you informed and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Her expertise and friendliness are a breath of fresh air. Matt and his installation team were professional, meticulous and worked well together as a team including answering all our questions. We have a handicapped child, and due to increasing instances of power outages, we installed the generator to guarantee her continuous safety and comfort. We no longer need to worry about power outages, thank you Gen-Tech!

I recently purchased my first automatic home generator (18KW) from Gen-Tech Power Systems. I tend to be very meticulous and particular and usually have a lot of questions. The folks at Gen-Tech are top-notch! From the estimate to the install, they were nothing short of amazing and I can not say enough great things about them. Frank is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my every question to help me decide on a unit. With Amy in the office, the contract signing and pre-install tasks were very smooth and flawless. Amy is efficient, organized, and has a capacity like no other. The installation crew arrived on time, worked very well together, and were very professional. It's hard to find a business or company these days that is exemplary from start to finish and top to bottom, but I found that in Gen-Tech. If you live in the WNY area and are considering an automatic home generator, look no further than the folks at Gen-Tech, you will not be disappointed!

Gen-Texh Power Systems is Amazing

I typically don\u2019t do reviews but i had comment about my experience. If I could give Gen-Tech Power Systems 10 stars I would! From the moment I called for an estimate to installation Gen-Texh Power Systems was responsive and flexible. The owner himself came out and walked me through the process of installing a generator and answering all my questions. The office manager Amy was nothing short of fantastic! The installation crew was fast but meticulous. When the inspector came out, he told me he had seen lots of installs but was particularly impressed with their work. Gen-Tech Power does customer service right. They answer when you call and when they\u2019re not open they call you back the next day. They are friendly, fast and efficient. It doesn\u2019t hurt that I got an excellent deal too! Most of the other companies I spoke to quoted me at hundreds or thousands more. That said, I\u2019d pay it for the type of service and professionalism I got from Gen-Tech. A+ all the way!

Great product, great job!

Had my 16kw Generac Standby generator installed in April 2020 and the power has gone out three times since then, my generator has performed flawlessly. I love the peace of mind it gives me. Would recommend highly Gen-Tech Power Systems for the install. They were friendly and did a professional job!

Great Repair Service

Repair tech (Paul) was on time. Knew what was wrong within minutes and had the part on the truck. Very friendly and informative. Very highly recommended. Started up on its weekly scheduled test, no problem. Thanks for a great job.
