Very satisfied customer

Mike is a great guy and has a great team. He made buying my generator a smooth experience and is always only a phone call away if I have a question. If you think you don't need a generator, just sit in the dark for a few hours with no AC or heat. My generator was worth every dollar that I paid. Thanks Mike.

Excellent! A++++

Top notch customer service from start to finish. Great communication and offered exceptional service. The 2 installers that came out were polite, courteous and highly professional! Highly recommend!

PROFESSIONAL!

Job well done!! We couldn't be more pleased with Mike's installation of our whole-house generator. From his initial visit through the final install...his kind, friendly and courteous service was second-to-none. We felt extremely confident in his ability to get the job done right! He answered all of our questions with confidence. It was worth every penny to work with someone like Mike who provided such excellent service.

Installation was great!

We are very pleased with our new generator. This is our second Generac purchase. Gen Man did everything he said he would do as far as the installation went. His team was very efficient, knowledgeable and extremely nice. We haven't had a power failure yet, but fully expect this generator to work as well as the one we had at our last home. The app feature is new to us and will be very helpful.

Top Notch Customer Service

Mike Walley and his staff did an outstanding job on setting up our Generac system. All work performed was done orderly and in a timely manner. The gas contractor they used was outstanding, and Gen Man's staff from top to bottom was excellent. Highly recommended them to others
