We are very pleased with our new generator. This is our second Generac purchase. Gen Man did everything he said he would do as far as the installation went. His team was very efficient, knowledgeable and extremely nice. We haven't had a power failure yet, but fully expect this generator to work as well as the one we had at our last home. The app feature is new to us and will be very helpful.

Gen Man installed my Generac residential generator. He was very friendly and professional. He took all the time we needed for us to understand ts operation and maintenance. He placed edging stones around it and installed white rock - added that "WOW" factor to its appearance and did not distract from the appearance our home which was a new build. My neighbor down the street saw it and contacted me wanting to have one installed. I gave him Gem Man's telephone number and told him he could not go wrong with him nor the Generac residential generator. One of the "BEST" additions we added to our house plans in addition to our saferoom.

We purchased our generator and were told we would get a 6 month check up to ensure everything was working as it should. As promised, they returned. Highly recommend Gen Man if you are in the market for a generator. We have been very impressed and always recommend them to our friends.

The "Gen Man" is great! He walked us thru the operation of our new Generac home generator explaining everything in detail and answered all of our questions. He is very personable and professional. You will not go wrong with getting your generator from Generac and choosing him for your sales and service rep. We had a Generac generator on our motor home and it was dependable and efficient -- and now it is our back-up for our home.

When we were looking for a generator for our new home, we called several places. Mike was the only company to return our call. He came out immediately and assessed our needs. He advised he had what we needed in stock and as soon as our home was finished give him a call. It was two weeks later and when we called he promptly came out and installed our generator. He went over everything with us and even let us use his regulator until the gas company came out. A very down to earth individual and I would definitely recommend his services.
