Had Gem out to install the Generator. Everything was done perfectly and to our satisfaction. Already had to use it once and it was a life saver!!

Everything works as described by the dealer.

The dealer and specifically the project manager, were on top of the project all the way. All questions were immediately answered; excellent training was provided; and we lost power for about 10 minutes within a few weeks and the generator worked seamlessly.

Standby generator service

I had a 7.5 Generac generator locally installed. after going through the process and waiting 5 months for delivery because of covid. It was finally up and running I had a starting and an issue with the regulator, that is when I found " young Electric ". They came out several times to work with me to see that everything was up and running properly. I would like to thank Mike W. For is patience and expertise and rectifying my problem !! Not only what I recommend this company for someone needing Dependable service but I would not go anywhere else !!!( great team Doug )

Generac switchng panel loacted too close to main elec panel

The local electrical inspector said the Generac control panel was too close to main electrical box (less than 3'). Bob Young accused me of having their panel moved closer to the main panel. Of course, I did not do that. I don't trust him.

A pleasant experience!

One of Young Electrical's technicians, "Will" came to our home this morning for maintenance work on our Generac generator. He was polite and professional. We overslept this morning and missed his arrival but he went right to work and didn't miss a beat. He explained the work he was doing and why it needed to be done. Both my wife and I appreciate good customer service, and we received that today. We've previously had a bad experience with another company but today's visit was completely the opposite. Thank you. We are looking forward to doing business with Young Electrical again.

Painless install

So far this has been an uneventful install and the system is up and working as expected. They were detail oriented and kept us updated on next and previous activities. I would certainly recommend this company in the future.

We were not expecting, due to all the delays caused by recent \u201chealth issues\u201d across the nation, that the installation would occur so soon. The technicians who came, each with their own specialties, were kind, informative, efficient and hard-working. Yesterday, another technician performed the test run, and we were met, yet again, with another member of Young's professional and meticulous staff\u2014a very classy operation. We were also assisted in activating MobileLink and added the app to our phones.We are so happy that we chose Young Electrical Services with whom to do our business, and highly recommend the company.

Reliable, friendly, knowledgeable

I live in Norton Ma. IN the eastern part of Town.Power failures often and long duration are a fact of life. We can be days wit no power. The co. That installed my generator did a bad job. Forgot to put oil cap on, left cap in generator, on and on. Generator Often failed, foundYOUNG ELECTRIC on Generac site they became like gauardian angles, tech even showed in a blizzard to show me how to bypass a problem.The best. I looked around for a while for a company to install a Generac generator for me I was given young electricals name and I am so happy that I was. From the time I made the appointment for the estimate right up until Brian came to do my start up everyone was very professional but also friendly. When I was told I was going to have someone come to walk me through the start up I was nervous so I had my son come over to be with me. But Brian was so professional and very friendly that I was very comfortable and by the time he left I didn\u2019t even know why I was worried. I\u2019m glad I didn\u2019t have anyone else to my generator installation Young electrical is a wonderful company.

Prompt, efficient service!

The company that installed my generator closed so I was looking for someone to complete our annual maintenance appointment. I was recommended to Young Electrical Services by a friend so I gave them a call. The scheduling was easy, very pleasant and friendly office staff. I was surprised to find out they could come out that very same day, so that was wonderful. The technician that came out to my house was efficient, pleasant and thorough and took the time to provide me with an update of the work he did and how everything was running at the end of the service. Highly recommended!
