Poor quality, way overpriced, took forever for him to come, 5 months to be exact
Poor quality, way overpriced, didn\u2019t fix the problem. Never registered the error code with generac for warranty. He charged $600.00 for simple maintenance & to change a regulator. It took 5 months for him to schedule an appt for service, said he was that busy. When he was to come back & check why problem wasn\u2019t fixed, he didn\u2019t come. I would NEVER RECOMMEND GIL.

Perfect Customer Service
When looking for a dealer on the Generac site GBC did not initially come up but another dealer in Troutman NC did and I received very poor service. A neighbor recommended GBC to me and from that point forward I received the best possible customer service I could hope for. Communication was exceptional and timely. Service was detailed and professional. The entire team was easy and fun to work with. I could not be more satisfied with the service I received from Gil and and GBC team.
