I used to Recommend these guys to Everyone but do not Deliver On The Service , Instead of repairing a Problem That would Be related To The Electrical Wiring To the Generator they will Tell you to call a Electrician ?

We decided to install a standby generator system based on our experience of repeated power loss lasting many days over the past years. Gault Inc. serviced our oil fired heating system for a long time and never let us down, so we asked them for a quote for a standby generator system. The quote was very competitive with the other quote so we went ahead with their recommendation. The permit was obtained fast and the installation was done professionally in a surprisingly fast time and within a day it was full operational.The whole installation was excellent, we are very satisfied in every aspect of the work carried out and the after sales service.We recommend Gault Inc. as a "best of breed" company.in heating, a/c and now in the generator business.

Excellent Service!

Gault installed a 27kW liquid cooled generator with a 500 gallon buried propane tank. From the initial quote to the final test, the process was efficient and well-coordinated, and the communication was excellent. They handled all the permits and inspections and the work took place on consecutive days making the process very efficient. Every person who worked on the job was knowledgeable, courteous, and kept us well informed throughout the project. The best part was that they handled ALL the aspects of the project \u2013 permits, excavation, electrical, propane, inspections, etc. Even though it was a large project they made the process very easy and I would highly recommend Gault to anyone considering a large generator.

Outstanding company with great customer service

I purchased a new generator from Gault, and I was thrilled with the response to my many, many questions.I have 3 sump pumps and a lot of concern in making sure that my home stays well protected during a power outage. I was extremely pleased with the warm professionalism of Mike Chappa (sales) that I also switched my propane delivery to Gault, and in addition purchased a new furnace.That should tell you how much confidence I have in Gault!!

Professional, timely, knowledgeable

Gault installed a propane fueled standby generator at our home. Gault installed the unit when they promised and the final job is neat and tidy. Gault is an all-in-one dealer. They installed the tank, fuel line, generator and crossover switch. We did not have to get a third party to finish any part of the job. And the price was competitive.

Top Notch Company

I was very impressed with Gault for my generator purchase. From the first time they came out to quote me to the final installation. They took care of the hole project from permits, electrical, propane, to service. A friend of mine had recently gone with another company and did not have such great luck. She saw a low price and did not take into account all the extra things she had to deal with just to get the job complete. Gault took care of the hole project. So know if I have an issue I'm contacting one person at one company. I would truly recommend them to any body in the market for a generator.

Gault came out and took care of the entire job from the permitting to the final inspection. Theyy explained the whole process and made it very easy to understand. It was so much easier to deal with one company that services the generator and also provides the propane. They were very professional and worked with me on the location. They also made time right away to do my elderly sisters install. Great job!
