John (the owner) and his crew did a fantastic job for us. Our 24KW Generac installation included an update of our panel as well as a 240 50 Amp line for a Car Charger. The installation was complicated by a problem with our meter box (evidence of arcing) which required Eversource to replace our underground feed. This resulted in several additional trips for John and his crew, but he was always prompt, professional and courteous whiling working with the utility challenges. He explained the operation of the system and made sure that we were satisfied and understood all of the operational points. Definitely a 5 out of 5 star performance. I highly recommend Gallagher Electric for your Generator install!

Great Service

Worked with John at Gallagher Electric on getting a Generac hard wired into my home and gas line. HE was knowledgeable, helpful, and affordable. Would definitly recommend!

Gallagher did a great job installing our generator

Gallagher Electric installed a whole house generator after 3 separate power outages in our neighborhood this winter. They were prompt, reasonably priced, and an authorized Generac dealer which came with a 7 year warranty because of the special Generac was running. The entire electrical install took a day followed by a propane install a couple days later. I would highly recommend John Gallagher and his team!

They completed the project on time and within the agreed budget.John\u2019s team has excellent customer service and great communication skills: we were always in sync and they continuously show up when they said they will.I had a great experience with Gallagher Electric and on top of that, I\u2019m really satisfied with the top-notch work. The city inspector even praised the work saying it was done correctly and with high quality.

Very professional job from start to finish.

John covered all the bases with his presentation, helping us choose the size of generator, obtaining the necessary permits, and directing us in things we had to do.He followed the agreed to schedule. Made arrangements for the necessary inspections by the town. Then gave us very detailed instructions on usage and what to expect from our new generator. Needed for the first time yesterday. Worked as expected.

Buying and installing a generator can be intimidating and expensive. But if you have a dealer like John Gallagher at Gallagher Electric on your side you are all set. John walked us through all the options, provided expert advice on what size generator, informed us of rebates and specials avaialble and set our mind at ease. Then he committed to a delivery, showed up on time and professionally installed the system, working with the gas company and inspector. He answered every question-a great experience.

About as easy as it gets

I am not typically one to fill out reviews but this experience was about as good as it gets. I have never worked with someone so responsive to questions. Emails and calls resulted in very quick responses. He kept me updated at each step of the generator install. He took care of every detail from planning to permitting.
