The technician from GAC helped me to do a heavy up and upgrade the Automatic Transfer Switch to my backup generator. He took the chance to show me a leak in the battery in the backup generator and replace it for me.He is knowledgeable, professional, polite and friendly. The customer service at GAC is also responsive.

Excellent Service

I have been using GAC Services for regular maintenance and am always happy with the service but , while doing maintenance on my generator, the technician realized it was sinking. He showed me and explained the issue and provided an estimate on the spot. The technician, Orlin, came back and did a stellar job fixing the problem. Everyone who has done work for me has been professional, pleasant and always explains any work being done. Always answers my questions.

The company installed a great unitI never got a professional invoice, just a few receipts for downpayments, statements paid, etc.This definitely is an item that will go to my final cost of the house basis so I would have preferred a clean invoice
