Making an appointment was easy with Franklin Electric Generator Service. The gal who made it was clear and nice on the phone and the technician came right on time which was much appreciated. I asked if he minded if I could watch the process and he replied he'd be happy to let me watch him service the generator. He explained the entire process step-by-step, was friendly and very professional - and I know this is a company I will use annually to come to service the generator and I will ask for Andrew because he knew what he was doing. I was confident as he left that the generator would be working well - and when it went on again a day later, it sounded great. I recommend, highly, Franklin Electric-Generator Service.
