i give this dealer 0 for integrity, reliability, 0 for customer service, and 0 for professionalism. Ken did not finish the work properly, he left the circuit breaker cover unhinged with circuit breakers exposed, used nongalvanized propane pipes and so they rusted. We needed to add one more circuit to the generator panel - he promised to come back and finish the work never did. Occasionally he responds to texts, never calls, with stories of why he did not respond to previous texts and promises to call me to setup a time to come by the house to finish the work. He was paid in full - so this lack of response on his part has nothing to do with payment. This company should be removed from list of recommended dealers for Generac

Fortified Energy Systems did a great job

Ken came to my house did a site survey explained what he needed to do and what it would cost.The cost was a lot less then other bids I received..The installation was quick and he tested the generator with me to show me how it worked. I was very impressed with this company

The best service Ive ever hdad

Ken from FES is awsome.They are on time, cleam, installed the whole system complete with gas line an all in ONE day.The quality of work goes beyound todays standards.This is a family owned company and to see Ken working with his sons and his wife Suzy who runs the office... its all a wonderful experence.

A Great Company For Whole House Generator Systems

I had wasted time trying to find a local electrical contractor to install a whole house generator system for my home. Some never showed up to give me an estimate, others showed little interest in doing my job, and others claimed they could not obtain the specific Generac generator I wanted. Through a Craig's List ad I eventually found Fortified Energy Systems and they were able to meet all my needs and did so in a quick, professional, timely manner. They had the generator I wanted in stock, and owner Ken Doyle quickly submitted a detailed installation proposal that was fair in price and included top quality materials. He and a helper were able to install my complete system in less than a day, including some custom electrical work to meet all my unique needs. I've only had my Generac 24kW system for a few weeks now and already it's provided over 80 hours of electricity in 4 separate power outages, performing exactly as advertised. Thank you Ken! Service was great

After SDG&E turned off power twice in 2 weeks, I decided I needed a generator. When researching generators, there were quite a few. Talked with 4 others, and settled on Fortified Systems. They were able to do the job within 2 weeks, and it took them 1 day for install. Thankfully I have not had to use it yet, but I feel comfortable if I need it. I would recommend this company highly. Ken and his crew worked quickly and compently.

Friendly, on time and very professional

I had the pleasure of getting. The owner Ken and his son. They got my generator up and running in 1 day. Ken is very professional and knowledgeable. Solar and Generators

Fortified Energy is the worst company to do business with. They will lie, steal, over charge, and make false promises on what they can accomplish. They are unworthy, greedy, and unexperienced in solar and generators. I have text proof of an attempt to over charge me by KEN.After a 2 month trek with Fortified Energy I am completely disgusted with their business practices. Ken and Doug are completely full of SH! They stole my Generac equipment valued at over 1k, and failed to deliver/install a part that I paid extra for expedition after 3 weeks of waiting. These supposedly are Generac qualified installers which failed at getting my brand new Generac generator started. I repeat \u201cNeither had any intention of providing the part I paid extra for nor installing it.\u201dAfter 3 weeks of a more than reasonable waiting period for Ken to get the part, I contact Ken and he says good luck on the part. He never had intention of ordering a part he charge me a express fee to order.This review among other proof will be sent to GENERAC, the better business bureau, State of California and anybody else that will listen to this complaint against Doug and Ken at Fortified Energy in Menifee CA.Feel free to contact me for all the details especially for a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT against Fortified Energy Systems and Generac.
