Forrest Jordan & Associates

Amazing experience!

Forrest Jordan and Associates exceeded every expectation when they installed and now maintain our home standby generator. From the first consultation to the ongoing service visits, their team has been extraordinarily knowledgeable — they explained the options clearly, sized the system perfectly for our needs, and walked us through how everything works. Their reliability is outstanding: scheduled maintenance is always on time, they respond quickly when we have questions, and we’ve never had a moment of worry during outages knowing the generator is in their capable hands. Special shout-out to Ricky — he’s courteous, skilled, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. We couldn’t recommend Forrest Jordan and Associates more highly.

Terrible product and serv

I purchased a new Generac generator and had it installed and serviced by Forrest Jordan. I have a maintenance agreement with them, but their service is extremely poor, and the generator has not performed as intended the entire year and a half since its purchase and installation. The whole house generator seems to be worthless. It's currently not running at all.

One of the Best Companies I have dealt with!

Frankly, I wasn't sure what to expect.....My wife and I, both in our 70s, neither of us very mechanically inclined or technically proficient spent several years worrying about the weather here in Florida. We finally took the risk and invested in a Generac Whole House Generator. Yes, there is a several week wait between ordering the generator and actually having it installed......and yes, dealing with the local gas company for line installation and inspections takes several more weeks.....But the EXPERTISE, COURTESY, and FRIENDLINESS of the FORREST JORDAN People can not be overstated......Nothing but PROFESSIONALISM from the beginning.....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for anyone thinking of having a whole house generator installed......THANK YOU SO MUCH FOLKS!!!
