Forge Mountain Electric LLC

Love my new Generac

They have been extremely professional and what is more important for me, as an older person, very kind and clear with what I needed to do. Ironically, my Generac was put in service yesterday and we had a power outage which lasted a right good little time. My Generac came on right away and saved me a sleepless night. (I wear a cpap.) I have never had a purchase decision validate quite so quickly!

Great Contractor!

After living thru Helene we knew we needed a whole house generator. We knew we wanted Generac, and we knew we would only use Forge Mountain Electric for the installation. We did not even waste our time getting quotes from other contractors as we have had the pleasure of working with Ben in the past, and did not need to go any further. From conception to inspection, Forge Mountain Electric proved once again that they are THE ONLY electrical contractor we will ever trust in our home.

Great experience

Outstanding service all along the way. Clear and complete pricing information. Gave great information as the installation process was completed. Followed up on a timely basis with all questions. I have recommended Forge Mountain Electric to many in my community.

New Generator!

Just had this generator installed and the installation service was excellent!! I am so happy to have this new generator after 18 years with my last one. Ben does fabulous work and is so pleasant!

OUTSTANDING COMPANY!

When we selected Forge Mountain Electric as the company to install our new whole-home Generac generator, we had no idea what a smart and fortunate decision we had made. We hit a home run. Forge Mountain, comprised of husband/wife team of Ben and Chris Ware and their assistant Andy, were extraordinary in every way. Communication was outstanding, their advice was solid and thoughtful, and their patience in explaining the complexities of the system we chose to install and in the process was reassuring and appreciated. They are a great team. The job took nearly five days to complete, and we were impressed by their competence and confidence and professionalism throughout. We have no hesitation in fully recommending Forge Mountain Electric and Generac for your emergency power needs and installation, and look forward to a continued solid and long-lasting relationship with Chris and Ben and Andy in providing service and maintenance to our unit.

Whole Home Generac Generator Install

We had Forge Mountain Electric install a whole home Generac Generator. Everything went great and as described from the start to the final inspection. Ben and Chris are great to work with and we would highly recommend their services.

County inspector was impressed!

We used Forge Mountain to install a backup generator for the house. Ben and Chris make a good team – Chris really stayed on top of things administratively and was very responsive to questions; Ben did an excellent job on the wiring and made sure he kept our property clean. They’re both pleasant to work with. And the Henderson County inspector was very impressed with Ben’s work! We highly recommend Forge Mountain Electric.
