We bought a house with a Generac 16kw standby generator. A light came on recently saying it needed maintenance. We contacted Generac and they gave us this dealers name. We called twice that morning at 9:10am and 10:00am and got an answering machine both times. It said to leave a message. We did. Never even got a return call. I guess they don't bother with service calls on generators. We called another dealer and they made an appointment within 48 hours. They will also be wiring a new building we are putting up in spring.

They were willing to work with me on the generator location and piping runs to keep the exterior of my home appealing unlike other installer I had quotes from.
