As a former building contractor, I was very impressed with their response to my inquiry and the promptness of the quote. When it came time for the unit, they stayed in contact with me through the whole process, keeping me update on the installation. They took care of all of the permits, arranging the utility and the inspection. The quality of work was excellent and I cannot say enough about this company and the professionalism that was exhibited. I would highly recommend them for installing any generator.

Don't waste your time!

We bought a house with a Generac 16kw standby generator. A light came on recently saying it needed maintenance. We contacted Generac and they gave us this dealers name. We called twice that morning at 9:10am and 10:00am and got an answering machine both times. It said to leave a message. We did. Never even got a return call. I guess they don't bother with service calls on generators. We called another dealer and they made an appointment within 48 hours. They will also be wiring a new building we are putting up in spring.

I was looking for an installer near me and Folske\u2019s provided a great price, excellent customer service, fast install, and was very professional during the install. They were willing to work with me on the generator location and piping runs to keep the exterior of my home appealing unlike other installer I had quotes from. If your located in the fox Valley I would highly recommend them.
