Fantastic experience

I have a Generac generator that was installed 7 years old by another company. In August I had a problem and the other company told me that it would cost $7500 to fix it and they really thought based on it's age that I should just install a new generator for $12,000. I was shocked and decided to get another opinion. I looked at the list of authorized service dealers and found Florida Power Solutions. I also read all of the Google reviews which were extremely positive. So I made the call. Ashley said they could have someone out the next day since I was leaving for a two week trip two days later. Matt came and said he was able to tell what the problem was and put in a new oil pressure switch. That cost me $143. Quite a difference from the other company. Then this week the generator didn't turn on for it's test and Ashley sent Layne out. He explained it just needed to be reset and showed me how to do it. The bill was $137. He also took the time to show me exactly what to do and explained things the other company had never mentioned to me in 7 years. He gave me his phone number to call if I have any more problems. I can't begin to tell you how impressed I am with this company. They are honest and diligent in trying to provide you with the best service possible. In this day and time there are few places where you can receive such excellent service. I would definitely recommend you contact them.

I called their office and their technician was out the next day. Once he was on site, he was in constant telephone communication with me as he found the different issues.
