I definitely recommend Florida Power House

In 2014 I had Florida Power House install a 22 KW whole house generator for me. Gil was great and came to our house and explained everything I wanted to know about the installation. After install, I had FPH do my routine maintenance on the generator. As things happen, once installed there was really no need for it to spring into action for an extended period of time. Until Hurricane Irma. The mechanic showed up at 8PM for an oil change and started it back up. Christy now calls me directly to follow up with our routine maintenance. Now that is service!!!! Great company, great service, and fair pricing. I definitely recommend Florida Power House if you are thinking about a new system installation!!!

Excellent Company

We have been client/customers with FPH since 2007 as they serviced our Generac generator for 12 years. We decided to replace the system which was now rusted due to age and FPH moved and replaced the generator plus replaced my above ground tanks for underground tanks. The installation and permit process was smooth. I was able to reach Guillermo, the company owner via text or phone call to discuss job details. The staff goes above and beyond to help you when or if needed. We are proud to recommend their company when someone asks us about our generator system. All systems are working great as before. We give FPH a plus 10 rating. This company really cares about it\u2019s customers.

Poor Attention & Dealership Experience

I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. I've been behind them to give an estimate and the maintenance kit for my Generac since December ... Its Feb and I didn't receive anything and the excuse since December is my system is down.

No Answer and Poor Service

I am very upset with this dealer!! Once they received my deposit for installation then I stopped hearing from them. so sad because I thought the guy I met (the owner) was nice but then the office personnel make fake promises to call back. I will be contacting the BBB and Generac to let them know I am displeased.

complete disappointment!

Had an appointment made in September for October 4th. None showed up. No call, nothing!almost three weeks later an email with an apology and the question, if i am still interested.I answered, yes and they promised to contact me. Another 18 days have past and nothing happened.This isn't what I call a good costumer service.

Great service and customer satisfaction.

Great job on the recent generator and propane tank installation at our home in Coconut Grove. Guillermo and his crew were thorough and professional during the permitting and installation process. Maria did an amazing job coordinating every aspect of the installation. Florida Power House is a family run company that takes every component of their work seriously and they are truly not satisfied until the customer is satisfied. We lost power today for about 7 hours and the generator kicked in within seconds and kept us energized until FPL restored power to the neighborhood. I look forward to years of continued, excellent service from Florida Power House.

Highly recommend FPH

Florida Power House installed my generator 2 years ago. The installation is a lengthy process but mainly due to permitting in Miami Dade. The generator works flawlessly and it is now serviced and maintained by them. Staff is friendly. Great customer service. I would use FPH for generator installation again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

I called a few generator service places and they turned out to be lawn mower repair shops or general electricians. I chose Florida Power House because they specialize only in Generac generators. I have no complaints so far.

Service excellence!

My generator did not work when the power went out and these guys arrived shortly after I called them. It turned out only to be a battery problem but it was very reassuring to have them come in such a short notice. I hesitate to sign long term contracts for service given that I know a few generator companies that have closed down unexpectedly but they were willing to offer me a plan that I was comfortable with. I don't know what I would do without my Generac generator!

This dealer is Great!

They were always on time and worked hard to complete my project. They were very diligent about doing good work and resolved permit complications very efficiently. They were friendly, trustworthy, polite and responsive to any concerns or questions I had. I received several bids for this job and the price from FPH was very competitive. If I ever need generator service in the future, I will call Florida Power House without a doubt.
