We reached out through the Generac website to create an RFP and obtain a list of electrician bidders for our home backup power project in the Lamorinda area. I met with Lucas Fitch and he was extremely professional, collaborative, and very knowledgeable, ticking through the various options and considering my needs and wants when making a recommendation. They quickly provided us with a detailed bid that was price and value competitive. They were able to provide the best generator size for the price to back up our entire house and pool area with an automated system that also included getting a permit from our city. Despite having a robust business pipeline, they were able to schedule us to meet our timing requirements. Their entire team was top notch and professional as well, and they quickly and efficiently got everything done at the budget and timeframe we requested. We could not be happier with the results! We strongly recommend the Fitch team for any back up power needs. If we have other electrical needs in the future, we will work with Fitch again!

Goes the extra mile!

Fitch Electric installed my generator two months ago and my home has lost power three times since then.Last night, the power was out for a couple hours, but when it came back on, my generator continued to run.I texted Fitch Electric at 10 p.m. for help. Someone came right out only to discover that my generator was running as it should, but the power surges of PG&E had tripped my main breaker. He reset it and immediately, the generator clicked off.Great service : )

Fitch Knows Generators

From my first introductory meeting I could tell Fitch knew generators. They have all the installation and service functions in house which simplifies the process. They were very competitive in pricing and quick to install my system tied to a battery system. All six owners and employees I met were very friendly, hard working and responsive. Exactly As Promised!!!

I can not recommend Fitch Electric more highly! From first contact they made me feel totally informed and a true part of the process. No over selling or super confusing technical terms to try to make them sound "super smarter than me", LOL! Work was done on time and on the promised budget. Installation was so professionally done that the generator looks like it was part of my build. Already had our first "unplanned" and "unannounced" power outage and the generator came on and worked exactly as promised. I can not tell you the peace of mind my family and I now have!!!
