THE BEST DEALER!
This dealer was ON TIME, very professional, very knowledgeable and WONDERFUL to work with! They did a great job installing my generator, and then subsequently performing the bi-annual service under the maintenance contract I purchased with them! Can't express how GREAT they were to work with - from the office to the estimator to the installation to the maintenance services. Feels good to deal with someone who doesn't treat you LIKE A NUMBER, but like A PERSON. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Dealer!

Good Luck getting service.
Called for an appointment to get someone to come to my home to conduct a survey and give an estimate on installing a generator; took about 6 weeks to get an appointment. After the survey was conducted, Technician said it would take a couple days to write up the estimate and e-mail it to me. It's been over two months and no response. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. However it's hard to give an overall rating, when I can't even get an estimate.
