First Call Jewel, Inc.

Prompt and Professional

First Call Jewel was prompt and professional. They came out, sized, installed and have been maintaining my system for a couple of years. You might pay a little more for their service, but the value received is worth every penny spent.

Just what I wanted!!

Their project manager came out to my house on time and was very nice. He listened and understood my needs and gave me several options to fit them. Once I chose to get the unit he kept in contact until it was installed. The instillation was very quick and streamlined. They left a little trash in the garage, which was annoying but overall, I am very happy with the whole process.

Very Poor

They were not upfront with their loan program and made it very confusing. I've been cleaning up their mess of dropped screws, chunks of insulation for months. I paid for everything with my credit card and their loan program but they keep billing me. I don't trust them for anything any longer.

Great Company

Jewel came out and talked with us and was on time. They made the decision to buy a generator easy with no pressure. We love our new Generac generator. We recommend them to everybody

First call Jewel solved my problems

First Call Jewel came and helped me when my generator would not start. They were on time and came when they said. Their tech knew what the problem was and solved it quickly for a low price. I will continue to use them.
