I had Finger Lakes Power Systems install out Generator last year. It has been helpful sooo many times. We just had our first maintenance done. Let me tell you, their service team is just as good as their installation team. We were notified when the technician was on the way, and our generator was well taken care of. He even cleaned up the battery terminals! This crew is second to NONE!

This dealer was great in every aspect

The crew came in a timely fashion and had to work hard to dig the line. Our property is full of compacted clay and there were spots close to the house where they had to dig it by hand. They were careful not to disturb our landscaping. We were pleased with the explanation of how the system works and know we can call them anytime if we have a question. Great company to deal with.

Amazing service

Finger Lakes Power Systems went above and beyond my expectations. They serviced my old generator until it was obvious that I needed to replace it. Then, when there was a power outage the day of the new installation and the battery hadn't yet fully charged so the generator failed, they came out that night, within 40 minutes and installed a new battery, fully tested it and made sure it was running. They followed up to make sure that the generator was doing its self-test and I know that they are there no matter the day/time that I need them.
