Awesome Service Provider

So Happy that I had Rich do the installation of my generac whole house generator. He completed the entire process , installation , permits , warranty and coordinated gas meter up grade with gas company. All completed in one day. Respectful of property , answered text and phone call promptly, demonstrated use of the generator after installation. Amazing plumbing and electrical installation work. Highly recommend.

Amazing service!

Richard Ferrara and his team at Ferrara Wizard Electric provided superb service from the very first meeting at the initial consultation. He was professional, courteous and even gave us other tips for our home! The install day went smooth, his team was great, he even assisted the utility company person that came to change the gas meter! We highly recommend!

Top-notch professional service. Highly recommend!

My experience with Rich and Wizard Electric was nothing short of outstanding. They were fair and transparent throughout the entire process and made the entire installation seamless. Rich was always very responsive and obtained the permits and completed the installation much faster than expected. I cannot recommend them highly enough - great to work with all around.

Best Installer Around

Wizard Electric came highly recommended to us and after seeing Rich, Eddie, and Richie in action, we know why. Rich is very responsive and spent extra time during the estimate to explain his quote and what was necessary versus not, all while beating others on price. It was very informative and educational given the unique circumstances required for our install. The same cannot be said for others we received estimates from, who were not thorough in their approach and attempted to oversell unnecessary items to the tune of vastly different (higher) prices. All permitting, warranty, and paperwork was handled by Rich which made the process even more seamless. The team was able to install both the gas and electric lines with minimal incisions to walls which was appreciated. All in all, Wizard Electric is the only dealer worth calling in the area.

You WON"T do better in any category

Let me start by saying that this was a VERY challenging installation. Rich devised and implemented the very best plan for dealing with a home wherein the natural gas service entry was at one end of our home, while the electric service entry was at the other end of the house, all in a home with a finished ceiling in the entire lower level. He and his team were able to successfully install flex line from one end to the other above the finished ceiling. All work was done in a highly professional, neat and tidy manner with little disruption to us. Cleanup was terrific. He obtained all the permits and arranged all the inspections. No one else even talked about that other than to say it would be our responsibility. I recommend him without reservation. His price was more reasonable than others and i found him to be easy to deal and communicate with. Thanks to him and his crew for a job well done

Pleased!

Everything was professional and appreciated the timeliness and assistance with setting up mobile app features

Nobody Beats the Wizard!

Rich, his son and Eddie worked effortlessly and effectively like a well oiled machine. It was teamwork at its finest. Rich explained what the work entailed, step by step. The team is very detail-oriented and communicated to us what to expect from generator operation during outages to and normal maintenance procedures. We highly recommend Ferrara Wizard for their knowledge, hard work and professional customer care. 💥💯💥

Awesome professionalism

I can't think of anything but positive aspects regarding our natural gas generator installation with Wizzard Electric. Within 2 weeks of reaching out to Rich, the permit was filed, and he was already at my house starting the installation, since he had the generator, we wanted in stocks. Everything went very smooth with the installation; Rich is great explaining every step of the way with installation and maintenance. Wizzard Electric is the best in the area.

Fantastic Service Start to Finish

Highly, highly recommend Ferrar Wizard Electric. Rich is fantastic to work with. He was fast to respond and was able install the generator quicker than expected. In addition, he was very open and honest about some other electrical issues I was having and how to correct them. His prices are extremely reasonable and the work was excellent. Wonderful experience and highly recommend Ferrara!

Great service and price

We had reached out to a few dealers in the area for an assessment. No one was able to install within a few months. Wizard Electric installed inside 2 weeks and was by far the best price. Installation and assessment went very smoothly and was super efficient. Thank you for a great experience!
