Mr. Fernando explained every step of the process, from the electrical upgrades/installation, preparing & pouring the concrete slab for the Generator, initial start up of Generator, and applying full load test on the Generator to ensure there were no problems, & completing all items on the final punch list. Amazing Customer Service and Professionalism!

We had a generator installed by our electrician from Austin. Everything was hooked up properly....so we thought. We couldn\u2019t get it to work since it needed some updates. I spoke to Fernando for 45 min trouble shooting our machine. He developed a game plan and fit us into his schedule to come out and make sure it was running properly and set up. I can\u2019t explain how amazing his customer support was and his professionalism. My generator is up and running and we couldn\u2019t be happier knowing we have a support representative like Fernando and his team to keep us running. Fernando and Gabriel did an outstanding job installing my Generac 22K generator. The concrete pad they poured with the pre-piped wiring was excellent and resulted in a very clean look. They conducted a thorough test to ensure everything was just right. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend them.

June 1, 2015 we purchased our Generac, it powers our home and out buildings. May 29, 2016 we had 4.20 inches of rain with hail, high winds and thunder and lighting, our transformer was knock out. Our Generac came on and ran for 23 hours without any problems, before our electricity came back. Thanks to our Generac all our food and meat in our refrigerators and freezers was saved. Our neighbors lost their food. We cannot say enough about our Generac. We have been telling everyone

Knowledgeable and Professional

We contacted Ferezco Power Systems to provide routine service for the Generac system at our ranch. They were prompt and thorough in their service. During the procedure they discoverd several items that had not been done to code during the original installation. We arranged for Ferezco to come back to remedy those deficiencies as well as to replace the old rusty propane tank. Despite many unforseen difficulties in the work Ferezco completed the project efficiently and professionally with workmanship that exceeded expectations.
