F.d. Hayes Electric Co.

Great Service!

Great company and knowledgeable people. Had a quote done and while out they resolved an issue I was having with my current generator setup!

Best service

Delivered when promised, outstanding knowledge and expertise of the product. Not the least expensive, but by far the best and a great value.

FD Hayes

I won’t use anybody else. I’ve done business with FD Hayes for a decade now. I’ve purchased two different generators at two different homes. I’ll never own a home without one. FD Hayes is so responsive and knowledgeable. I trust them completely when it comes to their recommendations. Pat does an incredible job and is the face of FD Hayes for me. I completely trust him.

Best Around

Start to finish amazing experience!! Timely arrive for our consultation and same day quote. We were informed along the way of what to expect. On day of scheduled install the crew was very polite and informative.

Better than expected

A friend of mine recommended FD Hayes to me because he had purchased a generator through them a year or so ago. He said they were the best in town and boy was he right. Patrick came to my house and went over every detail with me so I knew exactly what my options were. The Generator delivery guys knew exactly what they were doing when they put in the cement base and set the generator. The install guys came a few days later and they were outstanding. They treated my home as if was their own. They delayed lunch and kept working to get my heat / power back on. The installation went flawlessly. What a great bunch of guys!! If your thinking about a Generac. Call these guys! Nobody will do better because these guys are the top tier.

Outstanding service!

From the office, sales, delivery, and installation this was a outstanding experience and great company to work with to have a generator installed! Very timely, friendly, and quality work and cleanup! Good contractors are extremely hard to find these days and we feel like we hit the jackpot!

Great job by a professional team.

Just a note to tell you the guys you had installing my generator did an excellent job !! They both were very professional and worked all day without taking any breaks or lunch. Cleaned up everything and explained what they did and the workings of the generator. Wasn't the best day weather-wise but they worked thru it. Nice guys and should be commended.

FD Hayes is an excellent dealer!

FD Hayes did an excellent job sizing and installing my Generac generator. Their price was very competitive. Their workmanship and knowledge was great, very professional. Every member of their did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend FD Hayes.

Great company

We are very happy with the installation of our new Generac. The sales and installation people were very good to work with and communicated well on every aspect. Highly recommend them!

F.D. Hayes was stellar!

Everyone we had contact with at F.D. Hayes was simply outstanding. It started with Matt who did the initial assessment to Pat with the estimate, which was much lower than we expected. James and Russell did the installation. They were professional, courteous and answered any and all questions with wit and good humor... and they cleaned up when they were done and arrived when they said. Overall outstanding!!!
