Perfect Service

I purchased a brand-new generator from a competitor online. When it arrived, it did not run correctly, I reached out to the OE manufacturer, and they provided me with a list of authorized repair shops, Farm and Fleet Small Engine Repair in Davenport, IA. being one of them. I loaded the generator into the car and drove it over to Farm and Fleet Small Engine Repair. When I arrived, Todd stopped what he was doing, helped me unload the generator (well over 100 lbs), surveyed the situation and fixed the issue (debris in the fuel jet from the OE factory) and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. Todd was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable and I very much appreciate him take time out to help me. He deserves a big at-a-boy! Thank you, Todd, for a job well done!

poor salesmanship

Waited on phone for extended period and person in department had no knowledge about item requested. Not the first time this has happened for phone order. Have visited store and very few employees to help when looking for items to purchase and even less about the items. Need to be more people type help there.

Farm & Fleet are Great!

Was looking for an LP Generator. I saw the Generac 5500 on display. Now, knowing litlle I asked the person in that department lots of questions. Great assistance, knowledge, and very patient with me. Went back home and conferred with my wife. About 2 hours later I ordered one from the Farm and Fleet web site. Could not be more pleased with the product and the service given to me.
