Professional job, timely installation and amazing support

We received several quotes but Fernando's was the only one that detailed everything required including quotes for gas tanks as well as town requirements. Fernando coordinated the entire installation, which was accomplished, as quoted, on time and on budget. He was always available for any questions or comments. Installation was completed just before hurricane Sandy. We were without power for a week and during that time Fernando stopped by every other day to make sure our new generator was working fine. I hight recommend Fernando - he makes it so easy and takes all the worry out of it. Thank you, Fernando, for a job well done!

The dealer was beyond excellent!

We were very pleased with this dealer. He was punctual and the estimate was priced reasonably. Once we signed the contract, we did not have to do another thing even when we learned that we needed a variance for the generator's location. The dealer took it upon himself to represent us at the zoning board meetings. He also completed all the necessary paperwork for permits, etc., as well as, contacted town officials and met with inspectors. He coordinated the installation of the generator with the fuel's company installation of the propane tanks. Once the work was completed, the dealer checked intermittently to make sure the generator was working properly...and even came by to check its performance during a long power outage. Now that's customer service!

Knowledgable and professional

I was unsure as to what kind of generator and size I needed. After reviewing my wiriing and what my power needs were, they knew what the generator size and model that was needed. They made sure that it was installed correctly and according to local code. They arranged for and supervised the work of all the contractors and suppliers. The generator was installed on time and within agreed upon budget and was constantly running for Hurricane Sandy and the aftermath.
