Had my generator 4 months still not running after paying them
Took generator in first week in April, 2021. Generator was surging and dying. They called about a month and a half later, it was ready. Drove 50 miles to get it. Service dept. said it was not ready and wondered who called me. That's a total of 200 miles so far. They called again and said it was ready. This time I made the lady go back and check. No it was not ready, again. Finally they called and I picked it up. 300 miles total now. It ran fine for 30 minutes, so I shut it off. Now a month later I was going to test it. Ran about 5 minutes, and started surging again, just as it had done when I took it up there. Now I have driven 300 miles, spent around $165 to get it fixed, and I still do not have a generator I can count on.
