This dealer is very responsive!!
My generator would not cycle so I left a message about 6PM in the evening and by 8PM that same night hey were at our home checking out the generator. Both Roland and David were great and came back the next evening to make sure it was cycling properly.Great service!!

A wasted day with these people
Would give them a zero if I could. I called for warranty service to a Generac portable generator. Was told initially, and for hours upon waiting a call to Generac for approval, that they would come to my home and service it. Hours later..."No, we don't do warranty servicing". Ugh. What a waste of a day off.
