poor customer relations
I called about a repair on my generator, no response. I called back and talked with the secretary, she said she would call me back in 2 days, still waiting. I called again, and received a call back from the owner late on a Monday. He said he had an emergency service call on Tuesday and would call me back on Wed. or Thurs. Still waiting. #NO WAY TO GET OR KEEP CUSTOMERS. It seems he only wants to service the large standby generators and not smaller units.
