I appreciated Tom's honesty regarding a part for my Generac system that has stopped working. He explained the part was categorized as an accessory and is not necessary for function in my particular case. He asked me a series of questions in order to determine that. He saved me quite a bit of money as I had already contacted another dealer who was coming out to "run diagnostics" for $225.00 then tack on other fees for parts and labor. This business will be my go to when I need service for my Generac!!! Thank you so much!!!

Disappointed (partially blame Generac)

I called Generac, the rep said they can make an appointment with this company. I was told the other companies in my area I would have to call individually. So, Generac made my appointment about 4-6weeks out..A few days before my appointment, after waiting 4+ weeks, the company didn\u2019t have a clue and NO CALLED NO SHOWED THE APPOINTMENT!!! I called later that day and the excuses varied but we\u2019re mainly, (paraphrased) the workers make their own schedule...

Do not Call

I called and left two messages for them and never got a call back. Not to schedule or tell me to leave them alone. Wouldn't waste my time calling.

This dealer took over a year to get a Generac approved by the local inspectors.

A Generac 22kw was ordered in May, 2018. The final inspection for the fuel was done in July, 2018. The unit was paid in full in July, 2018.

Estimate did not list the cost of each item within the system.

I received the estimate, which was a total only, with no breakdown for each item that made up the system. I sent a reply back to Tom and asked for the estimate to be broken down, for example: the cost of the LP Gas System. Tom called me back stating they are not set up to break the estimates down as they just don't have the time. But if you came up with a total, you must know how much you are charging for each item. Tom suggested I contact a different LP Gas company and obtain an estimate from them. I ask you, how can I make a comparison when you won't provide me with the break down of the cost for each item. I will not purchase a Generac generator because of this dealer!

Horrible customer service

We had an appointment scheduled and they never showed up. No return phone calls or emails. Lots of wasted time. Apparently business must be good that they don't need my business.

Straight talk dealer

Called listed number for dealer and call returned in less than an hour. Agreed on an appt. time to size a system and the dealer showed up on time. Very detailed review of my needs was completed. Price quote was detailed and included all that was needed for equipment and installation, nothing was left out, very professional. I purchased the generator and have been very pleased with the installation, start-up instruction and check out. Dealer followed up twice in the last few months to see if all was well. I have recommended this dealer to several people and will continue to do so in the future.
