Pleasant, approachable and knowledgeable.
I am a new customer of Ethan's that found him by way of a word of mouth recommendation. Although he didn't know me he drove almost 100 miles to look at my generator. If you have a Generac generator and live anywhere in the UP of MI you should seriously think about calling Ethan even if you think the distance is prohibitive.

AWESOME
I have used Ethan's services for the past two years. He is awesome! We have a cabin in Watersmeet. He has out of his way to help us with our Generac Synergy. Will continue to do business with Ethan. First class operation all the way around! Thanks, Ethan!!!!!

Quality Service
Ethan serviced my old generator, and I purchased a new one from him. I have total confidence in him and know he will treat me fairly. What more could you want.
