Not an honest company
Have had this company come out twice for new generators that needed warranty work to get up and running after initial installation. Both times the technicians arrived and fixed the factory problems, they charged me their going rates to fix what should have been a factory defect at no charge. In the process of a formal complaint against Estes Electric. Recommend another company to work on your Generac Home Standby generators.
