Professional Excellence

They are a business of high integrity, office personnel, as well as the owner Mike. Their expertise and precision execution of the Generac product is outstanding...trustworthy company!

Excellent company and people

I just had my 22kw generator installed by Essential Power Systems. They came when they said they would. They worked neat and clean and efficiently the while day. After they were done explained and walked me through everything about the generator and what to expect. Excellent company and employees highly recommend them.

Outstanding Trouble Shooting

We are new customers to EPS. Yesterday one of your technicians ( Bill ) came to our house for a warranty / startup service call on a new installation. He was exceptionally thorough and methodically worked through the issue at hand until it was resolved. I am in the technical service business myself and was very impressed with your tech’s demeanor, technical knowledge, ability to work with others and follow through. Your company came highly recommended to us and based on yesterday’s service experience, the advice was right on. Thank for your outstanding support. Please be sure to recognize your tech’s outstanding performance. He restored our confidence in a substantial investment that initially was not working as reliably as anticipated.

Professional to the max!

This dealer is fantastic, not only where they prompt and courteous on the telephone , but they also had a fantastic representative come out to meet us who answered every single question and genuinely knew how the installation process works. In fact he was the owner of the company. Price was completely fair and in line with everybody else oh, and the installation was promised and delivered completed in one day. Very neat, no trash left behind and a flawless install.

Excellent experience from estimate to installation!

The best experience! Look no further than EPS!!!!!

BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL - EPS

Below are headings of many Testimonials about Essential Power Systems -- I agree with all of them and suggest you read them. This is an exceptional company, management, staff, and installers. From first encounter with Mike (and recommendations from some customers I contacted), I was SOLD on buying from them. The men who did the installation - 22 KW Generac and Transfer Panel, Ed and Blake, were a 'dream team'!! Made sure all the things/rooms we wanted powered were correct, double checked them, did a simulated power outage and went thru the house checking all the outlets/overhead lights --- was surprised got more circuits than I expected!! Owners Barbara and Mike, and staff - Paige and Jennifer, are so wonderful to work with!! God Bless them for their exceptional service, quality, and honesty and trustworthiness --- I could go on and on -- Don't waste time checking elsewhere --- trust these people!! P.S. Mike never tried to 'oversell' me -- I never had any 'buyers remorse'!! TITLES OF OTHER TESTIMONIALS: These guys are great! Essential Power Systems will live up to your expectations and more! Fantastic Company Great service and customer focus! Outstanding dealer! Highly recommended...a one of a kind business. Extraordinary customer focus!!! Wonderful Experience!!! I Truly Thought You Could Not Find Excellent Service Anymore, I Was Proven Wrong! A Great Experience!

Dealer was very informative

EPS helped educate me about automatic generators and did a great job installing and helping me determine which circuits to hook up to the generator.
