Called for a quote for a generator two weeks in advanced confirmed. Company canceled my appointment wasn\u2019t willing to schedule/ work with me on new appointment.

Excellent company and people

I just had my 22kw generator installed by Essential Power Systems. They came when they said they would. They worked neat and clean and efficiently the while day. After they were done explained and walked me through everything about the generator and what to expect. Excellent company and employees highly recommend them.

Yesterday one of your technicians ( Bill ) came to our house for a warranty / startup service call on a new installation.He was exceptionally thorough and methodically worked through the issue at hand until it was resolved.I am in the technical service business myself and was very impressed with your tech\u2019s demeanor, technical knowledge, ability to work with others and follow through.Your company came highly recommended to us and based on yesterday\u2019s service experience, the advice was right on.Thank for your outstanding support. This dealer is fantastic, not only where they prompt and courteous on the telephone , but they also had a fantastic representative come out to meet us who answered every single question and genuinely knew how the installation process works. In fact he was the owner of the company. Price was completely fair and in line with everybody else oh, and the installation was promised and delivered completed in one day. Very neat, no trash left behind and a flawless install.

EPS helped educate me about automatic generators and did a great job installing and helping me determine which circuits to hook up to the generator.

EXCELLENT Customer service with the quickest response!

My breaker kept tripping on my generator and with a ONE call resolution, Mike came to the rescue ..checked out the problem in the morning and came back that afternoon and fixed my problem ..right before Memorial weekend!! OUTSTANDING!!BRAVO!!!
