Nightmare of an experiece
Essco had generator delivered in front of my garage door and then would not respond to my phone calls to move it away from blocking the garage. Essco did not purchase an electrical permit until 6 weeks after starting the work. After 2 months and it still not working, the office staff blamed changes and said it would be different. 4 months and 14 scheduled appointments later, Essco still did not have it working properly. I've moved on to a different dealer who I am hiring to finish the work I paid Essco to do. Working with Essco is a miserable experience. They are nice people, but not a professional company.
