Most Professional Group

I talked to multiple Generac Dealers and got quotes from some before choosing Escon. I choose them because they were the most professional of all the ones that I interacted with. They went through all the questions, concerns and made adjustments based on where the generator was to be installed and did not push back on things such as direction of air intact and exhaust port as I wanted the air to flow a certain way due to how snow storms come through my area. Even though Generac had massive delays in production of whole home units, they kept me advised as updates were received from Generac. I would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again on other projects.

Great customer service in a time of where you think it's disappearing!

Kent Nichols started the process and was so kind and very knowledgeable about both the product and how the generator/system would fit best at my home. Every service worker was delightful to work with and very professional. Luckily, I haven't had to use the Generac yet, but feel more secure now that it's here! Thank you, Escon group!

I was so lucky to come across ESCON when shopping for my generator. Professional all the way - from getting an original quote through the installation phases, very impressed with their service. When I had questions and a minor issue that came up, they were immediately responsive and answered all my questions and fixed the issue after the install was complete. I just got my generator installed last month. This company was so easy to work with and very friendly. Everyone I have ever talked to on the phone and every one of the guys that came to install the generator were very friendly and answered any questions I had. Great company and would recommend 100%. Escon Group is Exceptional!!

From the original quote to the office staff, the installers, Escon Group is very professional and respectful of the work area. When they were finished you could not tell they were there other than a new appliance next to the house.

Very good at what they do!

We had a whole house generator installed along with getting the electrical upgraded from 100 to 200-amp service. We were without power for about 5 hours to do both jobs. I thought it would've been much longer. Everything looked great when they were finished, and they cleaned up all debris from the install. That sounds great, but the people working for ESCON are the best part! You couldn't find nicer people to work with whether on the phone scheduling, the guy that does the quotes or the installers. Thanks to all!

ESCON Group did a great job!

ESCON kept me informed on scheduling, they were friendly and professional. The workers did a great job in doing as little disruption as possible while they worked. They left the site as close to normal as possible after they were done, including returning my brick walkway to the way it was before and filling in the trenching and replacing the grass. I was impressed with the way they left my yard. I would highly recommend them.
