Best contractor experience I've had in years

I was facing a 1 month deadline to get a Honeywell-branded Generac 20kw generator installed and was having some trouble finding dealers who could meet my deadline and were willing to install a generator that I purchased elsewhere. I am thanking my lucky stars I found ERMCO! The estimator and installer were awesome to deal with. The estimator came out to look at the situation and provide the quote. He communicated well, clearly knew what he was talking about, pointed out a few things that other contractors I called had wrong about generator placement, and had great turnaround time on the quote. He continued to answer all my follow-up questions very promptly. In my two interactions with the office, first to schedule the estimate, then to schedule the install, they were very pleasant to deal with. Their lead installer clearly was an expert and showed great attention to detail. He cared about the work he was doing and took care to make sure the job was done right, not fast. He competently answered every question I could throw his way. ERMCO came in with an attractive bid and did a great job! The quality of the install was excellent. A combination of good communication, good pricing, and good work made this the best contractor experience I’ve had in quite a while. I highly recommend ERMCO for generator installs (and I’m sure they do a great job at the sales and sizing part as well for those who want the entire generator project handled by ERMCO soup-to-nuts).
