We had the Generac 20K installed inJuly 2014 by the owner of Entire Home. He also performed the electrical installation of the wiring for a study we were building in our new home.He was always on time as promised, and installed a three foot high brick base for the generator to eliminate the need to shovel the snow around the generator.The installation of the wiring inside the house along with the wall transfer switch were done in a very clean and professional manner.The unit has tested itself for five minutes every Saturday at noon.This morning, Tuesday 10/28/2014, at3:45 AM, the unit started flawlessly when 36,000+ CT L&P customers lost power in Danbury, CT.(I became aware of the power loss when my wife awakened me.)It shut itself off at 5 AM when the utility company restored the electricity.We are very satisfied with the installation and performance of the unit.

Today is Friday Feb 8, 2013, the day of the big blizzard. Billy was here at 8:30 putting it all together before the storm hits. It is still snowing here and he and his guys are working hard so that when power goes out tonight, me and my family are safe.
