Home Unit still going strong

I purchased a home generator from Entech Services around 5 years ago. The installation was excellent, and the service has been great. Generator is still going strong and has worked every time we needed it.

Installation went perfectly

I just had my 10kw generator installed yesterday and I am more than impressed with Joe's expertise, thoroughness and friendly demeanor. He was professional in every way. Our installation of the electrical panel was in a finished part of the basement and he had to cut through drywall to place the panel. He was careful to disturb as little as possible. The whole process with Joe from providing information to us, scheduling and installation went without a hitch. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to explore the possibility of getting a stand by generator.

Don't go to this dealer!

I had a generator fail. We are in a high-risk area where there are many power outages. We are senior citizens. I called this dealer to ask for help repairing our generator, I got his answering machine - "I am away from my desk, etc." - and three days later have gotten no response.

This Dealer is the best.

Joe has been a complete professional since day one, from the estimate to the install, and now to the maintance. He did a beautiful job with the instal and is always there with any questions or concerns.
