Entech Electronics

Always available!

Entech Electronics has been my dealer and provider of semiannual maintenance for the last ten years and the personal relationship I have developed with them has been rewarded with their exceptional service!

Great Service

I have used enTech Electronics on Stark Rd. for over 8 years. They provide impeccable service. I would Highly Recommend them to install and service your Generator.

This dealer is superb!

Entech Electronics was recommended to us by a friend whose description of the company as being a "family-owned dealership" was probably the thing that most motivated us to choose them for the purchase of our generator. And we have not been disappointed in the quality, professionalism, and friendliness of their service. We feel like they are old friends after ten years of service and highly recommend them. Having a Generac Generator has saved us from a lot of stress from power outages over the years.

Excellent Company

I have been an Entech customer for 6 yeas. I am very much satisfied with the technical service they provide. They provided and installed my generator as well as service it. I am pleased with their most Excellent service

A dealer who I consider a friend

I have used Entech Electronics' services since 2014 when they installed my Generic Generator. They have always been immediately helpful and responsive to any issue that came up.Another plus: being a family business, you don't have to deal with strangers whenever you call.

Excellent very high quality company

Entech just recently completed our Generac install & not only did things that they control go well, but they did really really nice work. Everything looks great & even the city inspectors were moved to compliment them on the quality of their work. They were very responsive & went beyond what we expected including fixing a furnace gas feed line leak discovered when Atmos upgraded our meter & leak tested the system. We will be using them for our system maintenance & I'm confident that we will continue to experience the same timely responses & great work.

Great communication and disappointed all at once

I live in the Dallas metroplex and have done research on the whole home generator we would like. Then I set out to find the right contractor for the purchase and install. After alot of research, I was excited to call Entech Electronics today to start the process. Great reviews from sales, service and customer service. So sad to have called only to get the voicemail from the sales dept stating that due to the overwhelming amount of inquiries and the inventory shortages/long lead times they have chosen not to take any more business so that the customer experience they are committed to providing is not jeopardized. Kudos to you Entech! Just makes me want to work with your company even more.

Truly unbelievable responsiveness and service!

I could not speak more highly of this company! We called in the middle of the snow storm and Victoria could not have been more caring and genuinely kind! She truly wanted to help and did... despite their computer system being down and being overloaded with requests! Truly a standout in customer service and genuine caring for people! We could not give them enough stars!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Entech!!!

Always professional from the beginning

Entech Electronics was recommended to us by a friend and we've never been sorry. They have always been thoroughly responsive to our needs from the beginning in 2014.

Recommended Dealer

We have had Entech Electronics as our service provider for many years and they have exceeded our expectations every time we've contacted them. One of our boxes was disabled by lightning and they repaired it quickly. They are a great provider.
