I have used Entech Electronics' services since 2014 when they installed my Generic Generator. They have always been immediately helpful and responsive to any issue that came up.Another plus: being a family business, you don't have to deal with strangers whenever you call.

Entech just recently completed our Generac install & not only did things that they control go well, but they did really really nice work. Everything looks great & even the city inspectors were moved to compliment them on the quality of their work.

I live in the Dallas metroplex and have done research on the whole home generator we would like. Then I set out to find the right contractor for the purchase and install. After alot of research, I was excited to call Entech Electronics today to start the process. Great reviews from sales, service and customer service.

I could not speak more highly of this company! We called in the middle of the snow storm and Victoria could not have been more caring and genuinely kind! She truly wanted to help and did... despite their computer system being down and being overloaded with requests! Truly a standout in customer service and genuine caring for people! We can't say enough great things about the service we've received from Entech! They stepped in when another Generac dealer (Eco Power Systems) went out of business and left us with a non-working generator. When Entech stepped in, we discovered our permit had not been finished. Entech set to work to get that completed and is still working with Generac to repair the unit. After 5 repairs, we've requested a replacement Generac generator - we are thankful for Entech's expertise and prompt service. Michelle at Entech is a sweetheart to work with and keeps you up to date on what they are doing with repairs. Entech is awesome. We will see how Generac handles our replacement request. Our first generator was put in my Entech and they were amazing. They finished our installation just a few days before a tornado hit our town. We were lucky and not hit but the electricity was out. Neighbors came to our house so they could watch TV and see the damage in our area. I was so impressed that the Entech people called to check on us once they saw our generator was running.

I received a phone call from one of their sales rep. It was quite apparent she was not going to make a personal visit to my house. She spent more time trying to convince me they couldn't install a generator than finding solutions for an install. After telling her I had already done several other estimates and no one had mentioned the facts she was indicating she became defensive. Based on the other comments I have read and their good ratings I wish we could have come to a solution for an install. The rep. should have tried to find a solution instead of making an observation over the phone.

Entech is a great company for a whole house generator. We installed a 22kw generator and the install was perfect. We had a somewhat difficult installation location and they still made it work. Great sales and tech support. 24 hour monitoring a great option. Highly recommend this company.

I really like enPhase but did not use them to install my generator. My Mistake.

enTech Electronics did an excellent job of accurately bidding and executing the installation of our 18KW standby NG powered Generac unit. The installation included all the switching gear, load shedding modules and increased NG supply. enTech did an excellent job of overseeing the project and completing it on time and on budget.

It's funny how I posted a not so good review here 2 weeks ago and it's already been taken down. I know this one won't last either. When you call you'll talk to Michelle, who will talk to you like she's the only one who knows about gensets. Then you might talk to a guy named William who thinks he knows everything about gensets. I actually thought he knew what he was talking about and did what he told me to do to fix my generator. It didn't work. I finally tried a different outfit and got someone who really knew about the gensets and now I'm back in business. Take the time to find anyone besides these people to help you.

Since we have only been in this house for 1 year, the unit has only been in use one time. It was great since our house was the only one in our neighborhood that had lights on. The comfort we have knowing that the lights will be on if we need them helps.The service tech has explained how the unit starts every Sat. to keep the oils flowing and self checking itself. The ease of being able to call the dealer 24/7 is also a comfort.

I called to inquire about a generator, the lady in the office explained it on a level I could understand it. She went great lengths to help me to get this unit. I felt very comfortable with it.

Entech Electronics installed my residential back up generator. The personnel that I dealt with, Michelle, Colin, Jack and William were a pleasure to work with. They are very experienced in generator installation and care about their customers. During construction of our new home I dealt with many different contract companies. Most were competent, a couple were not. Then there those that that are a real pleasure to deal with. Entech was one of these. I recommend them highly if you are in the market for a residential generator.

The installation of our Generac standby generator went flawlessly. The installers did a remarkable job. Both times service was due (changing break-in oil and then an annual preventive maintenance appointment) the service person was punctual and professional. He answered any questions that we had and he takes a photo of the digital meter in the unit to show the information and also that the unit was left in the correct operational status. We could not be any happier with Entech.

I originally bought my generator from this company. Four years later I had a problem--my generator wouldn't run! I came to the Generac website and hit the buttons and could not find my original dealer. My thoughts were that they had gone out of business. I called another dealer in the area. They came out and told me, positively, without much analysis, that the problem was with the gas company. For two months I fumbled around with the gas company and finally decided that it wasn't a gas problem. I then went back to your website and, this time, did not use the default "industrial/commercial" and went down to "residential" and found my good old original dealer, Entech. I called them, they scheduled an appointment as fast as possible. They sent out a professional technician who analyzed the problem, went to an electrical connector and found there was an intermittent pin not making contact. He quickly fixed the problem and I now have my generator back. I bought a service policy and a monitor device and I can once again depend on power to my house--all the time! Generac: default your website to all dealers in the area.

Entech Electronics installed our Generac generator in 2010. They have provided reliable service since that time. Once a year maintenance appears to be all that is necessary to maintain our 16KW generator with its auto start weekly test. Fortunately, we have had few power outages in our area. A recent outage in our neighborhood for 3 days left us very happy knowing our generator was up to the task of keeping our house warm and lights on if it was needed.The maintenance technician always calls a head to schedule his visit and arrives within the specified time. He clearly explains all the checks and service items being performed. Always courteous and professional.

Entech is the highest volume dealer of Generac generators in the North Dallas area. I enlisted them to help me design the Generac backup generator for my home. They came up with a clever design for the sizing and electrical wiring to fit well with the photovoltaic system I was installing at the same time. They were good team players on our little design team and taught us a lot in the collaboration. They installed the 25 KW Generac generator efficiently, upgrading the gas line from the gas main to accommodate the additional load and installing the generator on a concrete slab they poured. The generator supports my entire house including 2 AC units and all appliances except the kitchen range--just what I wanted. The unit is quiet and esthetically placed. They trained me in caring for it so that I know how it works. They instilled sufficient confidence in their expertise that I keep a maintenance agreement with them, so that they inspect it and give me confidence that it will kick in whenever needed. They know what they are doing and are a joy to work with. Even their admin staff are professional and very helpful on the phone. They get my highest rating.

My Generac Backup system is completely operational. Entech installed the generator and transfer switch just like I requested. I had a lengthy gas line and electrical line runs, including boring under sidewalk. Very friendly and professional. I interfaced mostly with Jack and Michelle. I'll continue to use Entech for any required maintenance.

Had Entech install a propane powered Generac system for my large rural home seven years ago. The install was flawless and the system has run well (other than a starter battery failure) ever since. When my battery died I called them out for repair and signed up for their preventative maintenance service. That has kept my system running perfectly ever since. A well run and professional company.

We have a very old industrial generator that came with our home at purchase. Entech Electronics has been servicing it for the past year & has kept in in good running condition. I love that they offer a preventive maintenance agreement & are able to service the generator 4x/yr. It really gives me peace of mind.Prior to finding Entech, the generator was not reliable & spotty due to age & neglect. I'm so glad I found them. They were referred to us from a friend who is extremely fussy about quality & service.

The service tech is very good and hardly notice they were even there. However, i would a few days notice before they are coming so we can be sure they can have access to the generator. Last time it was either the day before or the same day and just luckily it worked out.

I have had since 2007. when I have an outage my lights on in 60 seconds. It has never failed yet. The folks at Entech are excellent.

I have the preventative maintenance agreement with Entech and it was my understanding that if I did have a problem then someone would be out as soon as possible. However, it took week ten days to come out because Entech was waiting for something else in the area. Then it turned out that i needed a part. So we then needed to wait some more until the part was ordered.The bottom line was that my generator was out of service for a couple of extra weeks while Entech waiting for someone else to come up in my area.

The servicemen from Entech are extremely knowledgeable about the Generac equipment and warranty process. They will ensure and have always ensured I get the full benefit of the warranty first, then they consistently and flawlessly service the unit on time and without hassle!

EnTech has been very helpful in helping us overcome a pressure issue between our Generac unit and our local gas distribution company. It took several visits over a period of many months, but they were finally able to diagnose the issue and resolve it to our satisfaction. Our unit works as designed now, and we are grateful for EnTeh keeping our unit in top working condition.

I had a service contract with Entech Electronics, LLC in Dallas, TX. They did not perform the service as agreed and in return my battery blew up and sprayed corrosive liquid all over the inside of the generator. Now my generator is having multiple costly problems from the corrosion. Entech refuses to do anything about it. My only option is to seek an attorney.
