Same overall experience as in the review above. When it comes to annual maintenance I never know when they will come. They just leave an invoice in my mail box. I've asked repeatedly to please let me know ahead of when they are coming so I can be present, I want to learn and to be able to ask questions.

Ensign installed our generator +3 years ago and that was a satisfactory experience. They also performed annual maintenance. The issue with this company is when you contact them for service the attitude you receive is as if you are putting them out or they are doing you a favor to do the service. When they do arrive if they are in a rush and are visibly annoyed if you have more than one issue to look at. Our last experience was for a partial power outage that was not an emergency and when I called they were busy but might be able to come by the next day. I asked if they could not to contact us via text to let us know and when they could come by. there was no message for two days and when I contacted them there was more attitude about how busy they were and could not come..a simple timely text would have kept us as a reluctant client but this was the last straw. I hope this review helps to lighten their work load so they can improve their customer service

Kept areas clean by putting down cardboard or blankets on the carpet. Install looks great and works as expected.
