They started to arrive ahead of schedule. They were very diligent and cordial while completing this project. They were proactive with questions of any concerns which I may have. The one dragging his feet was me. The were courteous to the point of making me feel guilty.

I had a difficult installation but the crew was creative and found solutions. I couldn't have asked for a more professional team.

The whole process with getting our new generator went very smoothly. Jamie and Lewis took care of everything, from getting the proper size generator for our needs, contacting the power company, and even setting up our remote monitoring access for our generator. They also communicated well with us, always keeping us up to date.

He communicated just the right amount and was helpful. I appreciated having one point person through the whole process. Did a great job reviewing our needs before preparing a proposal. Installation was delayed understandably due to the covid situation but when the inspectors and energy company finally responded the installation was completed without a hitch. I would highly recommend theirservices.

Jamie went over everything we needed to know in our initial visit for our quote for installation. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood exactly what we could expect from him and his crew. He took care of everything from contacting local municipalities for permits and scheduled our local inspectors for final inspection of the completed job, which passed without any questions. Overall we were very pleased with him and his company. Look forward to getting our future services taken care of by him.
