Energy Service Solutions LLC

Professional Company

I purchased a 14K and the install went perfectly. The annual service is always conducted at my convenience and the Tech is always on time. I have called multiple times with questions and they always answer and explain things so I can understand.

These people exceeded my expectations.

They started to arrive ahead of schedule. They were very diligent and cordial while completing this project. They were proactive with questions of any concerns which I may have. The one dragging his feet was me. The were courteous to the point of making me feel guilty.

Great Service

I had a difficult installation but the crew was creative and found solutions. I couldn't have asked for a more professional team.

Staff was great

As far as I can tell, everything looks to be in order. It’s too bad that Consumers Energy can’t be more timely. Looking forward to having power next time it storms! Thank you!

This dealer outperformed others by miles in my opinion.

From the start of developing a quote for the Generac generator this dealer was open to any of my questions and knowledgeable. The experience was evident in how he answered my questions. The dealer was friendly and responsive from the start and I knew I could trust that the quote was going to be complete with no hidden adders later. The quote was just what I needed to understand my cost to make this purchase. In addition the installation team was professional, polite, and respectful of my property and home. I would recommend the dealer to family and friends.

Fantastic experience!

Lewis, Jamie and their team were great to work with. On time, follow up calls and they delivered my unit a month earlier than expected.

Highly recommend!

The whole process with getting our new generator went very smoothly. Jamie and Lewis took care of everything, from getting the proper size generator for our needs, contacting the power company, and even setting up our remote monitoring access for our generator. They also communicated well with us, always keeping us up to date.

Outstanding service from Jamie Near and Energy Service Solutions

Had gotten a few quotes for a generator. Went with Jamie Near and Energy Service Solutions in Shelby, MI. Jamie was great—very professional and knowledgeable. He communicated just the right amount and was helpful. I appreciated having one point person through the whole process. Jamie also carefully supervised the install process and corrected any problems that arose. Haven’t had to use the generator yet! But so far, very happy.
