Energy Evolution, LLC

Unresponsive

I requested warranty service on my Generac from Lee Munoz before August 6, 2025. He confirmed and told me he would get back to me. Despite repeated requests I still have no service date after waiting 5 weeks.

Excellent Service Team

Our Generac 26KW Generator had reached the required 25 hour service window so we called around for a qualified service technician to come out to our home. We were referred to Energy Evolution and we are so happy with their service and will be using them in the future. Lee was very responsive to our inquiries and Justin (the tech) was knowledgeable, thorough and very pleasant; his attention to detail was impressive. He showed up on the scheduled day/time and not only performed our service but also for the two units at our neighbor's home. Would recommend them to anyone in need of service for their Generac generator.

Great Generac Service

I installed my Generac 18 Kw backup generator one year ago and had issues servicing it. I met Lee Munoz from Energy Evolution when Johnson Thermal Systems - the company that installed my system - stopped providing service and turned it over to Lee. I can't say enough about Lee and my technician, Justin Hall, from Energy Evolution. Justin took the time to explain step-by-step how to service my generator today, and I am thrilled at the comprehensive service he provided. I am confident in the integrity of my Generac System now that Energy Evolution is on the case. Thanks, Justin!
