Empower Generators

Incompetent

They had my 15kw machine for 10 months,put in new pistons and rings but still would not run. i took machine back( I did not get charged for work done as it did not fix the issue). I took my machine to another dealer, pistons and rings in backwards, seals missing. I would never recommend this dealer ever.

Owner was talking in circles

All owner was worried about waa me signing a monthly contract insteaded of trying to help fix my brand new 2400000 broken genera

Generator Experts

Our generator stopped working during Hurricane Season. We hired two separate companies to fix it, however, they didn't have a clue as to what was wrong. As a last desperate resort, we contacted Empower Generators and they had us up and running in less than one hour! We highly recommend Empower and their professional staff.

Excellent Company

During my entire experience with this Family owned company I found them to be honest,reliable, courteous,and extremely competent technically.Someone was always available to communicate and fix the small glitches which sometimes occur in a complicated project such as mine. I am completely satisfied and recommend them without reservation. The Generator works fine.!--I might also mention that the company went out of its way to help me solve other peripheral problems related to the installation.

They don't know how to troubleshoot a problem and don't even know how to calculate KW.

Peace of mind

I've been in need of finding a GOOD company to service my generator. When searching, I was able to find Empower to schedule a service appointment. They were able to accommodate me in the time frame I was available. They also took the time to show me around my unit and explain how it should be running along with the maintenance that should be provided. I appreciate the time and consideration they took. I decided to sign a service agreement. I am extremely happy with the service they have provided and look forward to the service in the future.
