We found EMERGENCY & RENEWABLE POWER SOLUTIONS on this website and contacted William. He not only completed the installation in a single day, but it was only about 5 hours. He gave us a great tutorial for how to utilize our new generator and quickly troubleshoot simplistic user serviceable issues. William was very personable and has been outstanding to work with on the process! We would highly recommend William and E and R Power Solutions.

E & R the BEST!

I had a 22KW installed by E&R. William came out and I told him what I wanted. The first thing he did was look at my AC to see if the 22KW would do the job, it would. Then William told me how he would do the job, where the 22KW would be located, the electrical box and how he would run the wire and hook up to the gas. He was right on on all points. He is truly a professional, knows his trade. Explained how the 22KW works, did a test run and all is well. The price was very fair. I now have neighbors who I never met! My family and I will be comfortable if the we lose power. I HIGHLY recommend E&R and William.

Very responsive and knowledegable

It was very refreshing to work with someone who was responsive, knowledgeable and punctual. They took the time to explain things and answer all your questions. We purchased a whole home generator which was recommended by them and had no problems with the tests. I look forward to seeing it in action during the next outage. He was very patient with our requirements to have our lawyer approve the wording of every document before it was signed. His proposals were very thorough and well written. (Other contractors we interviewed were not willing to do this much detailed homework.) He assumed total responsibility for all aspects of the work. That is, he arranged for permits, scheduled inspections, interfaced with MGE (our gas supplier) arranging to have an upgrade to our meter at no cost to us, electrical wiring, gas plumbing, and protection of and cleanup of the work site. He took all the time we needed to explain how the system works under various conditions. During construction, there were the usual unexpected problems that seem to always popup on any home improvement project, but he always assumed responsibility for finding and implementing a solution, without trying to pass blame to anyone else. In the end, he left us with a system of backup power that we are confident will be there when we need it the most. We have already recommended him to our neighbors.
