Emergency Generator Repair

Used for Years But Not Anymore

I don't know what happened, but their service has become nonexistent. They complained about staffing problems and finally showed up to service my generator. I have the "repairman" on camera. He was there for 20 minutes and maybe added some oil. This was to be a two year service, so tests should have been run and the oil and filters changed. And then they billed me $180. I emailed back and asked why the service wasn't performed and they never got back to me. I am now looking for a reliable company since EGR is no longer one.

They have dropped off the face of the earth

I have used EGR for several years to service my Generac Generator . The first year they contacted me for the yearly service when it was due. Communications got worse and worse over the next several years. This year despite multiple Emails and phone calls over several months I have gotten no response.

Very unprofessional and rude

They know their stuff but it takes multiple contacts to get a response. Office staff and technicians do not communication and the customer is the one that suffers. Find a better alternative that will make you feel valued as a customer.
