Used for Years But Not Anymore
I don't know what happened, but their service has become nonexistent.

They have dropped off the face of the earth
I have used EGR for several years to service my Generac Generator . The first year they contacted me for the yearly service when it was due. Communications got worse and worse over the next several years. This year despite multiple Emails and phone calls over several months I have gotten no response.

Very unprofessional and rude
They know their stuff but it takes multiple contacts to get a response. Office staff and technicians do not communication and the customer is the one that suffers. Find a better alternative that will make you feel valued as a customer.
